Founded by Sidney and Martha Boyd, Boyd Forest has served Gates County for more than 25 years. From the start, the community has been shaped by a simple standard: treat people right, care for the property, and handle things with consistency and respect.

Today the community is managed by the next generation of the family, with the same approach. Maintenance gets handled. The grounds are kept up. Residents are treated with respect.

Residences are located on spacious homesites, with leasing, maintenance requests, and resident communication managed through a secure online portal for convenience and clarity.

At Boyd Forest, leasing, maintenance requests, and resident communication are handled through a secure online portal to keep things simple, organized, and easy to access.

Routine services such as grounds maintenance, pest control, and septic service are coordinated by Boyd Forest on a scheduled basis. When maintenance needs come up, requests are reviewed and handled with clear communication and a practical approach.

Prospective residents complete a standard application and screening process; lease details are discussed during leasing.
